Refund policy

At 1A Apparel, every item is made to order specifically for you.

We will gladly help when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or is lost in transit. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Misprinted
  • In the wrong color, size, or style due to a production error
  • Different from the item ordered
  • With missing items

Email 1AApparelCS@Gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the entire item
  • Close-up photographs showing the defect or error
  • A photograph of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed. Do not return an item before receiving instructions from us.

Although claims should be reported within seven days whenever possible, eligible return or refund requests may be considered for up to 180 days after delivery, consistent with our fulfillment provider’s policy. Approval is not guaranteed for claims submitted after an extended delay.  

Sizing Issues and Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we do not provide free returns or exchanges when a customer:

  • Orders the wrong size
  • Selects the wrong color or product
  • Changes their mind
  • No longer wants the item
  • Dislikes the fit despite receiving the size ordered

Please review the product’s size chart carefully before placing your order.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided:

  • An incorrect street address
  • An incomplete apartment or unit number
  • An incorrect postal code
  • An invalid recipient name
  • An incorrect telephone number or other delivery information

Lost Packages:

If tracking shows no delivery or appears to be stalled for an unreasonable period.

 

We may ask you to:

  • Verify your shipping address
  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Confirm that the package was not placed in a secure or alternate delivery location

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment provider to determine whether a replacement or refund is available.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are later reported missing, although we will assist with the investigation whenever possible.

 

Unauthorized Returns

Do not send products to the address shown on the original package or shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.


Our fulfillment provider does not accept unauthorized returns. Packages sent without prior approval may be refused, discarded, or become ineligible for a refund.

Return Condition

When an approved physical return is required, the product must generally be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage caused after delivery
  • Returned with any original packaging requested

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require approximately 5–10 business days to post the refund after it has been processed.  

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the entire order was defective, incorrect, or lost due to a confirmed fulfillment or carrier error. Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may also be nonrefundable after an order ships.
